Orders move through store preparation and carrier delivery as two separate stages.
Preparing an order
After successful payment authorisation, normal processing takes 1–2 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are not business days.
Delivery in Canada
Available Canadian destinations, services and charges are calculated from the address entered at checkout. Once dispatched, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Address and tracking details
Please review the shipping address before placing the order. A dispatch message includes tracking when the carrier makes it available, although the first scan may appear later.

For a delay, missing parcel, delivery scan dispute or damaged package, email idawokuka21@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, tracking reference and useful photographs.
